These terms apply when you use thevisajobs.com (the "site"), which is run by TheVisaJobs ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What the site does
The site lists UK job vacancies whose published adverts say that the employer can sponsor a visa. We collect adverts automatically from NHS Jobs and from employers' public careers pages, check them for a sponsorship statement, and link to the employer's own page so you can apply there. We do not employ anyone listed, act as a recruitment agency, or take part in any application.
2. No immigration or legal advice
Information on the site, including our guides, is general information only. It is not immigration, legal or financial advice. Visa rules change often. Before you make decisions, check GOV.UK and, if you need advice about your own situation, speak to a regulated immigration adviser.
3. Listings and their accuracy
Job adverts belong to the employers who publish them. We show them as we find them and refresh the site every morning, but we cannot guarantee that a job is still open, that its details are correct, or that the employer will sponsor you. A sponsorship statement in an advert is not a promise of a visa: the employer decides whether to offer you the job and a certificate of sponsorship, and you must meet the visa requirements. 4. Other websites
Apply buttons and other links take you to websites we do not control, such as NHS Jobs and employers' careers sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your application.
5. Using the site fairly
You may use the site for your own job search. Please do not attempt to disrupt or overload it, get around its security, or copy large parts of it in bulk (for example by automated scraping) without our written permission.
6. Our content
The design of the site and the text we write, including guides, analysis and summaries, belong to TheVisaJobs. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Job advert text and employer names belong to the employers concerned.
7. Advertising
The site shows advertising provided by Google AdSense. Adverts are not endorsements, and we do not control their content. See our cookie policy for how advertising uses cookies and how to manage your choices.
8. Our responsibility to you
We provide the site free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on a listing or guide, including any loss connected with a job application or visa decision. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
