Cookie policy

Which cookies the site uses, why, and how to control them.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. UK law requires us to ask for your consent before using cookies that are not strictly necessary.

What we use

We use advertising from Google AdSense to pay for the site. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to show adverts, limit how often you see the same advert, measure how adverts perform and, with your consent, personalise adverts.

If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, a consent message from Google asks for your choices before personalised advertising is used. You can change your choices at any time using Privacy and cookie settings, also linked in the footer of every page.
