This notice explains what personal data TheVisaJobs handles and why. The site is run by TheVisaJobs, which is responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@thevisajobs.com.
What we collect
- Nothing to use the site. There are no accounts and no sign-up, and search runs in your browser.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard information about each request, such as IP address, browser type, page and time, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited period and we do not use them to identify visitors.
- Emails you send us. We use your email address and message only to reply and deal with your request, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
- Advertising. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies to show and measure adverts and, with your consent, personalise them. See our cookie policy.
Our legal basis
We process server logs and emails on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure site and answering messages. Advertising cookies and personalised advertising rely on your consent where the law requires it.
Who receives data
Our hosting provider (for server logs and email forwarding) and, once advertising is live, Google as an advertising provider. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@thevisajobs.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Job applications
We never receive your applications. When you click Apply you leave this site, and NHS Jobs or the employer handles your data under their own privacy notice.
